A downloadable zine

August 12th: the bonus scenario, The Great Magonium Caper Generator, and the digital props collection are now available to download for free! Sales of the zine will begin next week.

Strange noises in the mine. Bandits on the roads. A counterfeiting scheme, a crooked prizefight racket, a rebellion in the making ... and a cold-blooded murder. Times are hard in the Halbek Valley, and your player characters are right in the middle of it all.

The Magonium Mine Murders is a sandbox-style murder-mystery scenario (a "cluebox") designed for use with Old-School Essentials. Instead of having a central narrative, it presents the people of the valley, their schemes, and the places and things they fight over, then lets the players figure out what's going on and what to do about it. It's a sandbox full of clues. It's a ... cluebox?

This 24-page zine includes multiple plots and conspiracies, over a dozen NPCs, a mini-dungeon, new monsters and magic items, a colour cover by Ed Bickford, and more.

I ordered copies of the zine, and my address has changed. I was looking for a way to get that information to you so they don't get sent to the wrong place

I think that it should ask you for an address when you pay for shipping, so you should be OK. But you can also send me an email at gonzohistory@gmail.com just to be sure!
